The Doc has time and time again proved he is just not up to the job..
Trying to reel in new blood to keep his lifestyle and has trouble even announcing one Ann, make that nearly all the Ann's over the last 18months have been either retracted, pulled or please explain, a complete armature out fit with the biggest clown running the show
