If you're going to spam-quote me then please make an effort to get the details right. My view was that it would be completed by end-June (i.e. money banked prior to EOQ). My guess is that when it happens -- if it happens -- time would probably be of the essence and as a result would likely take the form of a placement, rather than a (slower) RI or SPP.
Keep in mind that this June CR call is just one punter's view. Nothing definite or set in stone. Just my reading of the broader picture.
(I'm taking the trouble to post this clarification, lest my previous posts on this topic be weaponised by another to fit their own agenda.)
