The $110m is allocated to Aurora for the Aus government to meet its obligations under the Paris Agreement. The funding is there for 14D’s taking and is budgeted and approved by the Aus government.
14D are going through the process as we speak with the government to secure the funding. The process should take another 3-6 months. There is a lot involved in the process, such as, liquidity tests, corporate governance reviews, project viability etc.
I can’t see the government rejecting the funds, the government need to spend this money to comply with the international Paris Agreement treaty. If the Aus government does not spend all this money allocated to these projects, it’s breaching an international treaty, that won’t happen! Aurora and these other sustainability projects will all be funded.
I am confident that this should all be squared away by October’ish and the funding secured.
it’s a done deal in my opinion
