Yes those quotes by Mike are pretty ballsy there is no beating around the bush here .I believe they are working bloody hard to make it happen , I’ve always said it they will use Perth as the pilot program to the world , success here will open the flood gates to the world . As I said Builders here are extremely keen , prototypes have done their job , full working models are in assembly phase as we speak . If the new 2 HX’s were working 5-6 days 50% up on speed 1 structure per day they would certainly solve the brickies shortage imo . All this Bull about not being viable, how can anyone know this without producing numbers ! There are Builders on here that can’t even produce a total spread sheet of costs from first brick laid to last brick laid , and all we have to go on is their word “I’m successful I talk to engineers it’ll never work” blah blah then the other tag teams come on vulgar name calling Noobs etc etc blah blah . I just skip through that Sh!t now ! just a waste of time . There is nothing these non holders can say that’ll sway my mind they’re on here day and night and don’t hold ! LOL expose them back them into a corner and this is what you get from these so called experts ! Disgusting vulgar name calling how can anyone take them seriously? A) 6 yearsago there was an excavator with a boom
B) the blue prints for HX were drawn .
C) the animation drawing was finally bought to life.
D) strenuous testing , trial and error, engineers feats overcome.
E) first structures built and codes passed , more strenuous testing .
F) first Display and Commercial site structures built, assessing how to improve on this , learned from it and engineered better Model as per announcement.
G) Covid had huge impact on the world let alone the FBR team.
H) the Display was completed to a high standard passed all Australian standards and sold for a higher price than most homes in that area without any problems whatsoever. The Commercial site was also built to a very high stand and tenanted on handover . Occupancy Certification issued .
I) In that address to shareholders it tells me plenty where they are heading , I have no reason to doubt them as from what they have promised so far they have delivered as far as having produced HX and passing all Australian standards , timelines will blow out , investors will be annoyed, silence causes panic and so do non holders posting fear day and night .
