Bad luck holders. I've sounded the alarm numerous times over the last 4-5 years but few wanted to know.
The horrible deposit geology (breccia hosted), patchy grades and the poor exploration\resource estimation combined to multiply the risks IMO, e.g. no top cuts, mixed HG and LG → high grade smearing in the model, poor geological modelling, etc. I could see a large shallow-plunging high grade domain in the early drilling but they never modelled it. Maybe they've finally worked it out, although CSA didn't do the earlier estimates.
