    How on earth was this announcement not price sensitive??
    "Closer then we think"! No we're not! We're further again!!
    'timeframe to undertake any works required.'

    11 years and here we are with a 'FEED coming months' and “Direction” which who knows how long both will take!! If this saga makes it to production I'd suggest take the first T/O offer before we're all 7 feet under!!
