The timelines are the dangling carrot . When you reach for it they pull it higher . It's a look over here move while we do something over there . It's also called , The art of Bull Sh1t . Unfortunately not uncommon with publicly listed companies . A bit like a Road Show . We are going to get you all excited then we are going to hit you with a CR so we can continued to be paid our wonderful salaries . Very common practice .
