ok I'll try and distill it down

"having regard to" does not mean the share price volatility was the, or any part of, the reason for suspending the shares

"in consultation with" does not infer it was at the direction of ASIC

both of them have been put forward as gospel by holders as the reasons for the original suspension. they simply were not.

I never said the reasons themselves were clear in the first announcement - they were made clear by the later SOR. if ISX wanted to inform the market better it could have. instead it decided to make an announcement later that month which said the suspension was simply due to volatility, which was clearly not the case.
