I don't think Sym was saying that: As I understand it, all existing shareholders will own VCR if it is relisted and in proportion to the number of shares they hold.

Hence if a shareholder syndicate (suggested by VCRSG in a previous email where we were asked if we would be prepared to contrubute investment funds to help save the company), was formed, those who contributed to this, I assume, would be issued with more shares in return for their monies contributed once the company was relisted.
Hence I think Sym was saying that he/she wished more had indicated that they would be prepared to join such a syndicate so we would have more raised funds to offer FH to supplement the cornerstone investors funds.
