Andrew McMillan is quite familiar with SBN as he works for Pattersons in Perth and was the broker to the rights issue last year. His sideline business ACM consulting has received shares in lui of services rendered to HGR(SBN) in the past.
He appears to be well connected to Jim Hallam because why go to Perth to get a broker to do the last rights issue when there are capable brokers in Melbourne ?
Whatever AM and VB want with the company for is far better than the current status quo. No doubt they will be guaging investor reaction to this and reading all these posts. All I can say to them at this stage is whatever you plan to do with the company surely must be better than the status quo.
No doubt in coming days and weeks they will call an EGM and disclose what they want to do with the company and nominate the directors they wish to appoint.
