G'day Alecfra,

With the vwap over a 30 day period i am basing my calculations on the last 30days of trade, not the last 30 calendar days.. Please correct me if i'm wrong here??

in which case i get trading volume of 104,535,560.
Now trading in the first 15days of this period traded 70million shares whilst 34million were traded in the last 15 days.

This should make the weighted average closer to 6.5 cents per share as there was alot of volume when the price was in the low 7's and 6's.

As we say this shouldnt be the offer price but a base as to which an offer can be formed...

can someone explain the cash position with MLI?? how will that affect share holders in regards to the value of the cash held by mli?? Is this a separate valuation or will that b included in the takeover offer??
