Again we hear that labour issue are a problem, well the reality is the whole industry has labour issues BUT targets can be meet by other company’s when they are run correctly. If you want to retain staff you need to listen to them and it’s not all about wages it’s got a lot to do with conditions. Food and accommodation has been a major issue that is easily fixed and will retain workers if taken seriously. Everyone wants more skilled workers but if your not retaining them then that’s the issue not the shortage. Good luck to us.
