It's great that you can accept my points re the 'no brainer' thing without getting into a 'slagfest' - credit to you.

My motivation is to get the shares as cheap as I can - I guess I might be a small player but if I can save $500 that's another 1000 shares - something which I don't mind at all. And I think those extra 1000 shares will have some real value in the years to come.

I believe NMS is a solid company with a clear focus that is lead by competent management.

I'm also confident that CL will purchase some quality assets with the cash - his track record speaks volumes - no doubt.

I'm definitely in but if I squeeze some more shares from my hard earned then I'm even better off I reckon.
