My take-aways:
- plenty of cash to spend on non R&D activities, eg Dividends and stock buy-backs
- Big Pharma will need the potential of the R&D coming out of the likes of RAC to maintain their revenues to continue their spending
- When the time comes, Big Pharma should not have any problem writing big M&A cheques for innovative and game changing IP
