I was thinking the same thing. The right CEO would have the right people in his sphere of influence.

I have been avoiding why I am not in favour of Peter van der Made remaining CEO:

    1. He is too nice.
    2. He is too open.
    3. He is driven by his understanding of the technology and what it can be.

Every company needs are hard nosed CEO who will make hard calls, manipulate when necessary and who will be objective about how to best sell their product. Studio and Accelerator showed that the best technology in the world does not necessarily sell. People do not bow down before the future it took an independent committed CEO to recognise that as great as this technology is the big players in the tech world will freeze out competition so he had Peter van der Made take the tech to the edge and then beyond where there is no competition.

The previous CEO used his connections to bring on top people he knew but had enough mongrel in him to throw them away when they were no longer required. Anyone who has been in business knows how hard it is to sack people even when they are not up to scratch let alone when they are doing what is asked of them. Until you have walked in those shoes you cannot understand. I hated it so much I built a business model where I never needed to do it again.

Peter van der Made's loyalty and honesty are his Achilles heal when it comes to the role of CEO and I would not have it any other way. Scientific achievement needs complete integrity and it is that integrity which has attracted the likes of Professor Barry Marshall.

Unfortunately that integrity also attracts bottom feeders like SN Technology because unique individuals of the character of Peter van der Made never apprehend how people like these can function as they deeply believe in the good of humanity.

I do not think that the company is in poor hands at the moment far from it and we have the former CEO helping out in the background and we have a game plan in place so there is plenty of time but I thought I should make my thoughts on this subject clear.
