i hear you and like the talga story - hence i've thrown plenty of hard-earned at it.
however, the fact remains that it ain't worth squat sitting in the ground. permits are the key to unlock this and MT's recent rumblings suggest this is an issue. navitimer's post supports this as well.
it's going to be an interesting 6 weeks.
