The rules I list previously most likely end at the point of initially contacting the ASX...as opposed to doing nothing with the news/information for days.

EML contacted ASX within a few hours of receiving and assessing the informations materiallity. Tick. Disclosure obligation step 1 completed adequately. Announcement completed and released to orderly market.

I am not saying any of the above in relation to ISX. The above is in general.

Now the issue with ISX disclosure is because ASX was actively "investigating" ISX at the time.
Now I am repeating myself.
Pretty sure I made it clear twice now that I think ASX involvement at that stage is NOT what generally happens and is NOT right.
Going in circles now.

Asx punters need to look at NEA response to understand how a good governing company deals with adverse situation and appropriately response the ASX query.
