Seems a bit quick for them to be making that call given the previous downgrade was only 2 weeks ago. And also a bit convenient for them to be making that call given their price target being consistently much higher than other brokers.
Don't get me wrong, I'd like for that to be true. Did they provide any data to support it? Otherwise it seems premature to me.
