whilst I appreciate your comments and thoughts and agree in part that mmx will be a great success story better still with chm behind us.
I do not totally agree with your comments re the funder, the funder obviously that is his business so I would think he would have an in-house lawyer that looks over the stats in each case, so I dont think it would be too costly at this stage for them. Next, I am confident that they will go to trial with the August hearing because, it is a small case and therefore, it wont be so costly and it will give them indications on their chances on any further litigation.
So its a 'chance' business that the funder is in and has to take opportunities as they arise - win some lose some.
Lose some in mmx's case - just hope we can sue chm for defamation and loss of SP maybe we can get the funder to help us after they lose. cheers.
