No! It is too close to the action to be a fake. It and the 2 other large orders over 1.5m shares are testing to see if there are any large sellers around. If they stay unfilled today it means that to buy larger numbers of shares is going to push the SP higher.
No-one puts that large an order near the current price unless you want the shares. Imagine if it had been hit and they didn't really want those shares, then turned around and tried to sell them, carnage!!
Realistically it looks like an iceberg buy that someone forgot to hide. All IMHO (and experience) of course.
