Hmmm never really mentioned to much about covid, you are confused
But since we are on repeat - Since Covid the Dow has effectively doubled since March last year when you were talking about the apocalypse it was going to be.
LTR has peaked at 11 fold from roughly the same time.
I guess if the idea is to insulate yourself
against economic downturns that may be caused by excessive debt then the last year has proven a good time to make some money.
