Hmm do not see it that way at all.
In my case and there would be a few others who picked up shares in the last CR and have sold since and especially after moving up over the 0.02 cent level plus.
They have booked a profit from them and can now buy back in with this CR. Dilution is never a issue .... you now have a new entry point.
WE heard they same comments with the last CR, so there is nothing new here with this one.
