It can be taken either way I think. I read it is Q3, 2022 to be at full capacity. Regardless, it will only be the "Get Rich Quick" people who will find this disconcerting. At the moment, everything seems to be on track and I am hopeful for a healthy return on my investment once things are up and running in NY, be it this year or later. Between now and then is purely wait and see barring any unexpected development with Townsville or Nachu. So until then, it is feet up and full steam ahead (or maybe half steam)
