to say upside of 30c-60c is clearly misinformation as we are sitting at 30c now... we were in the 40c range even high 40cs range on news of a potential contract....
the upside of an actual contract win will definantly be to the higher upside of 50c to $1 based on the actual contract terms... amounts... with top 20 holding considerable amounts of stock on hand... the potential is company making so lets hope
