If they are smart, AAF will ann the new project at the right time to keep the price rising too, after notifying of record date, but before selling starts after the record date is hit.

No reason it can't get up to the 1cent before the issue is finalised - it's still got some decent assets to be sold, and I see this as a form of loyalty issue for holders that have been with them for some time.

Could be wrong, but I suspect they might get it right this time.
Worth a small punt imo...
