As already stated, I sold half yesterday albeit a little early at 68. The reasons for this was that I have developed pretty well set rules and am trying to stick to them. For a green day there was relatively small volume (just over 1m compared to nearly 2.5m on the red day yesterday), and therefore not a lot of buying pressure. Although the wick reached above the half way point it failed to close above that point, again showing the lack of buying pressure. I often use HA charts to help distinguish a trend and as you can see, the HA bars are showing a bearish trend right now on the daily.


Looking at the hourly, a down trend had developed (albeit possibly temporary) with the 2 consecutive lower tops coming after the double top. There was a possible reversal doji and it played out in the next few bars but was not convincing due to lack of volume.

I think this was played by the traders during this past week and being an amateur, did not see the traders leaving in the low 80's. I am holding a longer term parcel for the FA and took the opportunity to lower my average, although I could have done better. The traders pumped it up and left hence the drop.
I will try and top up nearer the 62% Fib which seems to be support or even better close to the upward trendline next week.
This TA is all IMO only and could be completely wrong and it may even shoot to the moon next week with news or a break of the down trend. GLAH.
