I wonder what they do all day, ... waiting, waiting ... must be tense. Trouble is they're so stretched for cash they have no bargaining power.
Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up in a fire sale.
Still, I hold on to the dream ... no point selling now ... I've already written the potential loss off anyway.
