DB - I very often agree with you, but I am very definitely against this proposed consolidation. It seems to me that the shorters would push the share price down by at least 50% in very short order and it wouldn't stop there. A 100 multiple of the current sp (or likely relisting sp) would simply give the shorters plenty of scope to drive it down and make yet more profits from the company's misery.
I agree with those who suggest the company should first be relisted and stabilised before any thought is given to consolidation.
