It is all ways good to see a director topping-up their holdings during a share price dip. eg 18,000 shares at $0.68 each.
The PRN shares appear to be oversold at these levels given multi million dollar contracts have been awarded to the value of $700 million and another $320 million as a Letter of Intent for Red Chris mine contracts in Canada. The shares should come back up to $1.20 target range within the next 6 month. DYOR.
