According to the holders all APT customers live in high income postcodes and only use APT because it is clever budgeting tool for the financially savvy (like themselves).
The holders also suggest the reason why Louis Vuitton and Rolex don't accept APT is because they don't want to make Eisen and Molnar even richer from those 6% fees.
