Goodmorning all,
For those who care it's time to look and act.
Time too look at a quick PUT play trade on CBA. AT $39.30 it is reaching high levels and will pull back from here.It could have maybe 1 more day to climb and reach around $39.50/70, which is hitting resistance levels. Sellers are thin and buyers will struggle to find sellers.Eg:Price jumps easily 10 cents as the sellers are thin.
Even if it runs 1-2 more days, to enter CBAWMP now at 32.5 cents and the warrant drops to say 30 cents,as CBA goes to $39.60, then we just hold it and wait for the drop the next day.
Example: Buyers 915,000 units v's Sellers 298,000 units. At 11.15 am CBA reaches the $39.30 area. When looking at MARKET DEPTH over the last 15 years, it always happens that when the sellers thin out and the buyer units are at 3 to 1 ratio, or more, the sellers then come in to start forming resistance levels. This occurs in vice versa as well...buyers are low and sellers are high when a stock is hitting it's lows.
As it reaches the $39.30 level to $39.60 the Sellers will increase and start selling to the buyers coming in at these levels. Time to look at the PUT play, as we approach these levels. For those who care, take a closer look and decide to enter today or over the next 2 days.
Best PUT warrants are CBAWMP at 32/32.5 cents CBAWZR at 43/44 cents or for a longer dated one look to CBAWZS at 91.5/92.5. I am personally buying into CBAWMP currently bidding at 31 cents.Others can look to PUT options or CFD's. These warrants have until September, so plenty of time to react etc...For a shorter, more risky trade look to CBAWZQ at 8.5 cents which expires in August.
Watch like a Hawk and then pounce like a Lion.
This is my usual style of trading, IN and OUT, over a 2 to 5 day period....i am not interested as to what CBA does in 3 or 4 weeks from now.
The last few days seem like WINDOW DRESSING on CBA, by certain Fund Managers, to make thier books etc...look good for the end of the financial year.
So take a closer look and decide your entry time.
Cheers,
MINOTAUR.
