That could be the case, although I think we might have to wait a week or two more (not a bad thing).

The three cohorts are said to have a minimum of three patients.

In the past imu trials we have stuck to that minimum three.

However the first cohort had three, but the second had six (if my memory is correct). This is actual quite unusual for a phase 1 safety/dosing study. One normally just exposes the minimum number of subjects to the experimental drug.

I see this as a big positive, because oncologists who saw the cohort 1 data have chosen to put extra patients on cohort 2 (remember that these patients have failed the other treatments, so a response to pd1-vaxx is extra special).

Three days ago the company updated the clinicaltrials.gov site, and the estimated enrolment number has been kept at 22. So this would indicate that 13 people will be on cohort three (again, a great positive that so many more than the minimum three are being given the drug).

Mayo clinic and Ohio State Uni Medical Centre have joined in too, as I guess they want to get some of their very sick patients on the trial.
