Mate, provided plant does not have a fatal mistake, it should be at 100% in the week after commissioning. If it was one of my plants, the nameplate would be 200 t/h and the capacity would be 300/t/hour.
Only an idiot puts in marginal equipment when say $ 200,000 ensures 150% of nameplate throughput.
