Phoslock International TradeMark - Registered in 20 countries including China to 2026
Question............Can you provide any evidence of this being true? A cut and paste from PET website does not mean much .
The symbol ™ (trademark) is sometimes used when a trademark has been filed (applied for) but not yet registered. As soon as the trademark has been definitively registered, the ® symbol is used. ... Therefore, you are allowed to use them provided they refer to a registered trademark.
correct me if I am wrong but I have not seen these being used by PET. They are not allowed to use these symbols and they think they do not anyway.
I would hazard a guess and say that they have only registered Phoslock with Aus Government.
