    While I am not privy to all of Patterson's reasoning, I would assume that they have sold plenty to lock in a profit and will now hold some for a free-carried ride.
    Unless you are selling in the last few days, I'd be hoping that news would stop now and re-commence post July 1. Once news comes, you can then hold or sell and not worry about immediate tax implications. Just my thoughts...
