    Yeah i read that ann today but maybe i should of asked.

    if shareholders vote against resolution one then what happens?

    The Company is seeking the Shareholders’ approval for a prior issue of 70,000,000 Shares to institutions and
    sophisticated investors pursuant to the placement that was announced to the ASX on 3 April 2009.
