Obviously there are numerous differences between FMG and MGT, my comment was more regarding a food for thought scenario implying that SOI is not the be all and end all of a company... As for the director options and renumeration, let's be real, it was passed by a large majority vote in favour, i highly doubt it was their "mates" that approved this, I understand that it rubbed you the wrong way but there was nothing illegitimate or underhanded about the situation and its not like it has been a consistent event, plus it happened last year... I think its time to move past it mate... plus on a side note, at least the cash we have raised in this Quarter alone and added to what was already in the bank last quarter, should quell other concerns that you have expressed.. like immediate project milestone funding (razorback), expansion project funding (Musterdam) and bank note repayment funds.
