Nice post, although a reference would have been nice. However, a $65 million dollar well in Senegal won't make a dent in Shell's budget. Money is not the issue here. The issue is:
"Does the CSEM survey suggest the huge deposit is OIL?"
IMO that is the ONLY question as to Shell's involvement at this stage.
