Depends on which way you look at it i suppose !
It is easy to see clearly when not fogged by skin in the game !
The continued fall after the pump is deafening NGY !
It has jumped from half a cent and have very little as the 3M debt strongly out ways the $1,3N cash !
Just saying, after a lot of research !

Yes and bought some more in the low 3s and now time will tell! follow if you believe, your choice but don't come back and say or maybe I should have bought in myself in the low 3s when it re-rates above .10!
