Gosh! What questions to ask? A lot depends on what they have to show and tell at the AGM.

1 Assuming they are confident they can actually begin to produce approved chips in bulk, how easy and how soon can they set in place a bulk manufacturing system to take commercial quantities of the product to market? If they are not confident then when will they be?

2 This will mark an entirely new phase of AP's existence. Are they ready to hit the ground running? We need to know how soon an approved version of the chip will lead to first revenues. We need a measure on expectations for ramping up of production to permit sales strategies to generate revenues.

3 Where is the co at re setting up a commercial division to go out and sell the product? They have a shell for that purpose already setup. What current plans have they prepared to address their initial target markets? I am presuming they will already have a well developed strategy in readiness for the day they are ready to deliver demo / evaluation / development kits. Ask how advanced this planning is? How much additional capital will they need to raise and where from?

4 What are the ideas behind the 80 chip demo chassis? What capabilities this will provide to prospective customers? What "unique selling propositions" do they currently believe are going to be the clinching capabilities for the chips vs other speakers currently available?

5 How soon will they be able to make use of the planned manufacturing partner networks they have set up over the past 5+ years? How will COVID affect their plans? How will other global changes affect what they had planned?
