    Yes I take your point but as a SH I would prefer this type of raising as the costs were 1.6% instead of 6.0% if it had gone to a broker. Plus if it’s gone to tight hands I’m happy to buy on market even if I do have to pay a few pips more. If this company can raise capital from its large SH’s that says to me these guys believe big in where this company is going. That’s good enough for me.
