The AGM was initially meant to happen in April but for whatever reasons has now been moved to June.

Before anything can be finalised , investors need to vote on a series of matters at the AGM , like the OTC and Halucenex Acquistion just to name a couple.

If these receive a favorable vote , then you will start to see a series of announcements following the AGM and fingers crossed some long awaited positive price action.

Getting the Halucenex Acquistion finalised is key!

From the AGM ann - the OTCQB listing is happening, it's not a resolution that requires our vote.

Still, post AGM should see some movement on news
