Wow! I've heard some desperate comments but "17% rates just around the corner?"
Now thats taking comments to a new level of desperation!
I guess with prices rising in the majority of suburbs and auction rates going through the roof we should expect those that are waiting for prices to fall to become despondant.
But we should understand that becoming despondant and/or desperate will not cause prices to fall.
