No surprise with Mercer dump, but 79k lol, come on, atleast do it properly and not just enough to get you under 5% holding. WP should have put some escrow on those shares, albeit even if the debt would have cost more. But regardless, they have dumped their freebies and likely just sit still going forward.

The CR itself is interesting, the relatively small amount is what im wondering....., unless they are worried the AVRO wont hit strike price come Xmas and they need the cover? In any event, it makes the stock more liquid while locking in a steadier register as the CP for these guys will be $7.50 and its unlikely they will be going anywhere in the next 12 months.

Looking forward to FDA announcements, till then ill be staying. .
