So we're concerned about the Executive directors who have been there 8 years +????...... they might make a short term decision.

so we're giving away 7% of our profit each year to the directors..... i have no idea if this is high or low.
probably would prefer they get paid in shares with vesting dates..... but meh, pretty much what vlad does anyway
