What the Company really needs to do is provide clarity for funding for the excellent reserve that they have. There has been too much vagueness and failure to meet some deadlines also which does not inspire great confidence within would-be investors. Also I note and observe little to no positive history whereby management have successfully raised vast sums of money or have implemented successfully a mine from grass roots up.

Working in Africa let alone the Democratic Republic of Congo is hard work presenting huge challenges - something I'm sure is effecting funding negotiations in my opinion.

In summary this is why the share price does not move with any great momentum in my opinion and looks like many use any release to sell hence the angst within shareholders despite the apparent bull macro market conditions.
