This is a tricky way of payment. LKE pays for some services in a way that LKE will receive (!!!!) $450.000, should the options be exercised. The only price LKE shareholders would pay is a possible 0.15% dilution, or with Friday's closing price that would mean a decrease of 0.04 cents, from 27 cents to 26.96 cents. Obviously the price action yesterday overreacted this, and most likely it was a different cause for the price change. Usually a strong sell at the open and at the close is a sign instos manipulating the price down.
