Just a bit of wild speculation. As a matter of interest there are no AVRO's being offered on Commsec at the present time. I don't know what the reason would be for that but perhaps the cap raise may have been an encouragement to some of the larger holders to hold for conversion. There are currently 2,370,209 on issue. If they all got converted at the strike price of $8 it would raise close to $19m. That may explain why we haven't had such a large raise this time.
