This proposal is getting the short shift by the holders of SLV, the problem is that SLV will be removed from the ASX & AIM which will cause liquidity problems for the smaller holders.
The deal has until Dec 09 to be done.
As I see it once the SXM & GAU deals are completed you will see a huge drop in SLV as people cash out their shares.
I know I will be moving my SLV's on a.s.a.p.
