Yep 24,069 shares received in both mine and the wifes account.
Both held more then 10 years, B'payed on the night of the offer, very different amount of holdings so that doesn't seem to have been a factor - nor any reward for paying early it seems.
No shares sold since Feb and only on 1 account. I hope their scale back formula didn't favour the board over other holders and was consistent
